Alana Knobel

Alana Knobel is a New-York based actor, singer, and producer. Originally from the suburbs of Chicago. She moved to New York to pursue working in theater. Alana has been acting and singing ever since in the Chicagoland, New York, and Baltimore area. In 2017, Alana attended The American Musical and Dramatic Academy and completed her Bachelor’s in MT at The New School. 

Recently, Alana made her Off-Broadway debut in Local Singles The Musical. And played Mrs.Corry/ Bird Woman in Mary Poppins at The Little Theatre on the Square. She has been training extensively in TV and Film with award winning Director, Joe Whelski. 

She is also the co-host to Into The Industry, a new podcast!

Alana is also the creative producer of Beyond The Box Cabaret, a show that offers a space where the artists choose how they want to be represented versus how they are seen through “industry standards,” a night full of performances that go “beyond the box” of what musical theatre can be. 

In her free time, Alana loves to binge watch all seasons of Below Deck, and dreams of being on the show one day!
